NOTICE - RULES CHANGE

FACTORY STOCK - Reverting back to 2009 Rules with ONE change:  Wheels must be 8".  Can run 10" for first 4 races, after that time back tires and wheels must be 8", front can be 8" or 10".
MINI STOCK - Rules will remain as have been posted for this season
